Where can I download 3VR system software or client applications?
You can find information about the 3VR Evidence Viewer here. All other 3VR client applications (3VR OpCenter, 3VR System Manager, etc.) can be installed using the Installation and Resource DVD included in the HVR or NVR shipping container. 3VR partners who need access to an Installation and Resource DVD, or system software and plug-ins, may download the most recent software from the 3VR Integrator Support Portal. If you are not a 3VR Integrator Partner, contact your 3VR System Integrator or 3VR Technical Support to request software.
Where can I get a license key to enable 3VR software or system features?
Software License Key (Software Version 6.0.6 or earlier only)
When you run a 6.0.6 or earlier client application (e.g., OpCenter or System Manager) on a PC for the first time after installing, you will be prompted to enter a software license key.
Contact 3VR Technical Support and request a key for each application installed. License keys are valid for one day only. If you intend to install applications on a different date, please let us know and we will provide the appropriate keys.
System License Key
If any advanced features have been purchased for a 3VR HVR or NVR (for example, video analytic applications or camera expansion packs), a system license key will need to be applied to the unit in order to enable these capabilities. System license keys are provided at the time of purchase of an advanced feature.
3VR partners can also look up system license keys by serial number at 3VR.com with these steps:
1. Go to http://www.3VR.com/license.
2. Sign in with a valid 3VR Partner Portal user name and password.
3. Enter identifying information (name, company, email address and phone number).
4. Enter the NVR or HVR's serial number (need help identifying the serial number?)
5. Click the Find System License button.
If you are not a 3VR partner, contact your 3VR System Integrator or 3VR Technical Support to request system license keys.
What are the system requirements for 3VR Client Applications?
OpCenter and System Manager System Requirements
3VR OpCenter℠ allows users to monitor, search for, and share surveillance from a 3VR NVR or HVR using a Windows PC meeting the requirements listed below. 3VR System Manager℠ allows administrative users to remotely monitor and configure 3VR system settings from a Windows PC meeting the requirements listed below. Other 3VR client applications have the same requirements as OpCenter and System Manager.
Minimum System Requirements - 6.0
Supported Operating Systems | Windows XP Professional SP2 or later Windows Vista Windows 7 (64-bit Windows versions require OpCenter/SystemManager version 6.0.5 or later) |

Note to Enterprise Appliance Customers:
If you have a 3VR Enterprise Appliance, you will need to open ports 3045 and 1801 in addition to those listed above. Note: Port 1801 only needs to be open between the Enterprise Appliance and all NVRs and HVRs on the enterprise, and does not need to be open to client systems.
A Note about Plug-ins:
Some 3VR plug-ins require additional ports - see the plug-in documentation for more information.
What external data integrations are currently supported by 3VR?
3VR integrates with a wide variety of external systems, including teller, Point of Sale (POS), exception-based reporting, sensor, ATM, access control, alarm, central station, and more. 3VR’s open approach to system integration can enable the seamless integration of data from transaction, POS, intrusion, and other critical systems, as well as the correlation and searching of that information with surveillance video. How do I purchase video analytic applications?
The analytics currently offered by 3VR are listed in the Commercial SKU Guide, available on the 3VR Integrator Support Portal. Consult the appendix of this document for details of supported combinations of Advanced Video Analytics, IP and Megapixel cameras, and 3VR applications. To purchase analytics, submit a purchase order for the applicable SKU(s) to the 3VR Orders department. If you are ordering analytics for a HVR or NVR that was purchased previously, please also provide the system serial number. Click here for guidance on finding your system serial number. Upon receipt of the order, you will be provided with a system license key to enable analytics on the 3VR, as well as any relevant plug-ins and documentation. If you have not received a system license key, refer to the System License Key FAQ for instructions on how to obtain your key.
